Qualifications

• 18 years of industry experience.

• Experience with delivering stellar preconstruction services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of the Preconstruction Department.
• Develop project strategies and manage time and costs.
• Review major elements of pricing on all bids.

Skills

Knowledge and efficiency in Manhattan software

Strong networking ability

Strong conceptual estimating skills

Familiarity with logistics and operations

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong math/accounting skills

Ability to meet critical deadlines

Ability to read drawings and specifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
