Jobot is seeking a PreConstruction Director for our Indianapolis-area client, a well-regarded general contractor. The role leads preconstruction efforts, guides estimating, scheduling, and budgeting, and collaborates with project teams to deliver high-quality commercial projects.

The position offers a competitive base salary of $150k-$200k, on-site in Fishers, IN, plus a performance-based bonus, full benefits, 401(k) with match, generous PTO, and a vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in preconstruction management
• Expertise in project planning, estimating, scheduling, and budgeting
• Proficient with a broad spectrum of digital construction tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse teams
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
