A leading company in quality management and test automation is seeking a Director of Presales Engineering to drive pre-sales strategies and lead a high-performing team. This role is fully remote in the USA. The Director of Presales Engineering will develop and execute the pre-sales engineering strategy aligned with business and sales goals. You will lead, manage, and develop the pre-sales team across all regions. The team provides pre-sales support and business value consulting to prospects alongside the sales team, working closely with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. Your experience in managing sales engineering teams and designing tailored demos and proof-of-value programs will be essential for team and business growth.
