Job summary

Larkin University’s Department of Clinical and Administrative Sciences is seeking a faculty member to supervise didactic teaching, cultivate clinical practice sites, and advance experiential education across IPPE and APPE programs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with committees, preceptor recruitment, coaching of students, and development of CPD programs, seminars, and career pathways to enhance student readiness for professional practice.

Qualifications

• PharmD with residency and/or fellowship training; licensed/eligible for Florida licensure.
• Strong background in pharmacy practice or academia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain didactic classroom teaching and pharmacy practice within the Department of Clinical and Administrative Sciences.
• Develop an active clinical practice site for experiential education and scholarship.
• Recruit, train, and maintain licensed pharmacists and other preceptors across diverse settings.
• Lead preceptor development initiatives including onboarding and integration of new faculty practice sites.
