The successful candidate will demonstrate both the ability and desire to take ownership of the day-to-day functioning of our busy and rapidly growing practice, while leading a team and directly fulfilling a wide range of administrative tasks.

  • Partner with KETA leadership to create, implement and improve operational initiatives and processes while ensuring that they are followed by all staff members
  • Respond to and troubleshoot any day-to-day operational issues or patient concerns that arise, escalating to clinical and operational leadership colleagues as appropriate.
  • Support patient engagement and retention activities on an ongoing basis, including assisting with special events and openings
  • Onboard and train new clinicians and support staff members as needed
  • Manage and coordinate new office set-ups, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Director or equivalent level administrative/management experience, with a preference for experience leading and supervising staff and day-to-day operations in a medical office setting for a large multi-office practice.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, including experience managing teams of administrative professionals in complex, fast moving environments.
  • Strong ability to learn new systems, processes and subject matter quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • High level of proficiency with related technology, software systems and processes, including medical records systems, and the ability to learn and train others on new systems as needed
  • Exceptional organizational skills, communication skills (verbal and written), and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen and ability to use data to monitor progress and implement improvements
  • Independent self-starter with a positive attitude, sense of urgency, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and patient care
  • Demonstrated track record of personal accountability, professional integrity, and achieving or exceeding organizational goals as an individual and team leader
