Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
• Doctorate preferred.
• Current RN license in CT or eligibility.
• At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• 2–3 years teaching experience in nursing education.
• Progressive leadership or administrative experience.
• Knowledge of nursing education regulations and accreditation standards.
• Curriculum design and evaluation expertise.

Responsibilities
