Qualifications

Team Managed Strategies

a. Serve as a subject matter expert for all Team Managed solutions

• Equity Strategies
• Fixed Income Strategies
• Diversified Strategies
• Open Architecture:
• Fund Managed Accounts
• Huntington Dynamic Portfolio
• Huntington Outcome Portfolios (HOP’s)
• Development of additional strategies

Due Diligence Activities

• Procedure 16 oversight for Mutual Funds and ETF’s:
• Comply with stated procedures
• Participate in investment reviews
• Assist in the Due Diligence Questionnaire process
• Work with Integrated Capital Research (ICR) and Money Manager Exchange (MMX) for separately managed accounts – Procedure 17
• Participate in Procedure 22 – Non-vendor asset manager reviews
• Coordinate all research and implementation of illiquid alternatives with Fund Evaluation Group (FEG) and Great Lakes Alternative Strategies (GLAS)
• Understand industry best practices and assist in the refinement of Huntington’s Procedures. Participate in due diligence/round table events

Support the PM’s and Advisors as a subject matter expert

• Participate in existing and prospective client meetings with PM’s:
• Review specific account issues
• Help close new business opportunities
• Coordinate additional resources as needed
• Assist in the RFP:
• Review RFP submissions
• Participate in finals presentations when needed
• Represent the high net worth solutions, SMA’s, and illiquid alternatives
• Present HDP information to HFA product team and advisors:
• Participate in educational meetings for clients and advisors

Due Diligence Team staffing, assignments, administration, and leadership

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of investment management and/or due diligence experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Management experience in a portfolio management capacity. Professional designations preferred (CFA, CTFA, CFP), but not required.

Exempt Status: Yes (not eligible for overtime pay)
