Job Title: Director of Portfolio Management

Position Overview:

The Director of Portfolio Management is responsible for the strategic allocation and day-to-day management of the investment portfolio, formulating multi-asset allocation strategies, enhancing overall investment returns and effectively controlling risks, and ensuring that the portfolio management is in line with the company's strategic objectives, investor needs and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio management and optimization

Design and manage multi-asset investment portfolio (including but not limited to equity, fixed income, funds, cash, alternative assets, etc.);

Perform asset allocation and dynamic adjustment based on macroeconomic and market trends;

Regularly evaluate portfolio performance and make optimization recommendations.

Investment Strategy Formulation and Execution

Develop annual and quarterly investment strategy plans;

Guiding the team to make tactical allocations based on different market stages;

Participate in investment decision-making, structuring and execution coordination of large-scale projects.

Investment Research and Analysis Guidance

Lead macro research, industry research, and asset class research to ensure strategies are supported by data;

Promote the construction of investment research system and enhance the synergy efficiency between research and portfolio.

Risk Control and Compliance Management

Establish and oversee the portfolio risk control system, and conduct regular stress tests and risk assessments;

Ensure that investment activities are in line with the company's risk control policies and regulatory requirements;

Collaborate with compliance, audit and other departments to manage investment process risks.

Team management and cross-departmental collaboration

Manage the portfolio team and direct daily investment management;

Recruit, train and motivate team members to enhance overall professionalism;

Collaborate closely with product, sales, post-investment and finance departments to promote project implementation and client service.

Client Communication and Senior Reporting

Report portfolio performance and market outlook to senior management, investment committee or clients;

Participate in institutional client communications and roadshows to enhance the firm's brand and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Educational background: Bachelor degree or above in finance, economics, math, statistics, management or other related majors, Master or MBA preferred;

Work experience: more than 8 years of asset management or investment related experience, more than 3 years of investment team management experience;

Professional Ability:

Proficient in asset allocation, portfolio construction and performance attribution analysis;

Familiar with various asset operation rules and macroeconomic analysis methods;

Possess investment modeling and systematic management capabilities;

Comprehensive quality: clear logic, strong communication, strategic vision and big-picture view, and strong stress resistance.
