Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in education or closely related field.
  • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in curriculum development, faculty development, educational program development, or higher education teaching and learning.
  • Experience facilitating faculty development, coaching, or training in small and large groups.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and evidence-based instructional practices.
  • Experience developing and implementing programs, training, or curriculum with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with case-based learning, problem-based learning, or team-based learning.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems such as Canvas and digital content creation tools.

Responsibilities
