Kaweah Health is seeking a Director of Project Management & Consulting to lead a team that partners with the executive team and Board to advance strategic initiatives. Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of project management or healthcare consulting experience.
• At least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience leading strategic planning and organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the Project Management & Consulting function for Kaweah Health's Executive Team, broader leadership team, and Board of Directors.
• Assesses strategic opportunities and prioritizes projects to improve quality, patient experience, efficiency and financial outcomes.
• Leads project managers in driving organizational change and implementing sustainable process improvements.
• Hires, supervises, coaches, and develops the project management team with performance reviews and growth plans.
• Reviews and approves projects, provides leadership and mentorship to the Team.
• Develops annual project goals and collaborates with internal clients on timelines, metrics and deliverables.
• Creates a collaborative environment to achieve meaningful outcomes and supports strategic planning initiatives.
