Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
  • Prior experience as a Plant Manager, Site Leader, Operations Director, or similar senior operational leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Experience managing organizations of 300+ employees.
  • Strong manufacturing operations background.
  • Experience leading digital transformation, automation, technology integration, or operational modernization initiatives.

Director of Plant Operations & Transformation

We are seeking an accomplished manufacturing leader to oversee a large-scale production operation while driving strategic transformation initiatives that enhance operational performance, employee engagement, and business results.


This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a proven Plant Manager, Site Leader, or Operations Director who thrives in complex manufacturing environments and has a track record of leading large teams, improving operational performance, and successfully implementing transformational change.
