This role ensures organizational alignment in pitching philosophy, collaborates closely with coaching staffs, analysts, medical personnel, and front office leadership, and plays a critical role in preparing pitchers for Major League performance.
The ideal candidate excels at teaching, communication, data-driven development, and maintaining strong relationships with players and staff throughout the minor league system. This position will be primarily based out of Mesa, AZ.
