Position Summary

The Director of Physical Therapy is responsible for the clinical, operational, and strategic leadership of the PT and OT departments. This individual will oversee therapists and support staff, drive growth initiatives, maintain clinical excellence, and collaborate closely with orthopedic providers.

Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• California PT license or eligibility
• Minimum 5 years outpatient orthopedic experience

Preferred

• Leadership experience
• Orthopedic surgery practice experience
• Sports medicine background
• OCS, SCS, FAAOMPT, or Dry Needling certifications

Compensation

5–7 years: $130,000–$145,000 7–10 years with leadership: $145,000–$160,000 10+ years with management experience: $160,000–$180,000+ Exceptional candidates: $180,000–$200,000+
