You will recruit and guide a team, align priorities with hospital leadership, and drive strategic initiatives that support capital campaigns and endowments.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in nonprofit fundraising focused on major gifts.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in large institutions.
• Experience with healthcare philanthropy is a plus.
• CFRE preferred; strong donor stewardship experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead major gift programs and initiatives targeting $25,000+ gifts.
• Build and manage a portfolio of major gift prospects over five years.
• Design and execute a strategic fundraising plan with leadership.
• Oversee donor engagement, solicitations, and stewardship.
• Manage events and community partnerships to advance goals.
• Prepare financial and analytical fundraising reports.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and fundraising team.
