Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Pharmacy Leader for a hospital in Tulsa, OK. The role oversees all pharmacy operations, ensures regulatory compliance, medication safety, and clinical quality while driving efficiency and formulary standards.

The position requires a Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent, ACPE accreditation, and 3+ years in hospital pharmacy with 2+ years in supervision. Strong knowledge of state/federal laws and EMR systems is essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. or Pharm D. from ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• 3+ year’s hospital pharmacy experience with 2+ year’s supervisory or leadership experience.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in the legal responsibilities of the pharmacist to the facility and all state and federal laws and regulations governing pharmacy services.
• Experience working in Microsoft Office applications, Electronic Medical Record Systems.
