Job summary

Fit Factory in Attleboro, MA, is seeking an experienced fitness professional to lead our Personal Training Department. The role is full-time and combines training delivery with sales and program operations.

You will oversee client programs, conduct fitness consultations, and drive member retention through outstanding training experiences. Leadership and a current PT certification are required; the team offers a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or related degree.
• 6 months to 1 year of Personal Training experience preferred.
• Leadership experience and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Personal Training Department and manage sales and operations.
• Perform 40 and/or 60-minute Personal Training sessions for members.
• Conduct fitness consultations to introduce the training program.
• Establish and maintain a positive working environment to support client results and retention.
