Responsibilities
- Accountable for driving sales growth, revenue, and margin across the Personal, Home, and Health Care markets in North America.
- Oversee a cross-functional team covering account management, business development, technical service (application development), distribution management, key account management, product management, and pricing.
- Indirectly support product development, marketing, and communications to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement regional strategies and business plans aligned with global priorities and market needs.
- Establish and execute annual growth plans, financial targets, budgets, key projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Guide and prioritize team performance through CRM utilization, Technical Service Requests, Innovation Pipeline tracking, defined objectives, regular feedback, and structured performance reviews.
- Collaborate with internal partners including Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Communications, R&D, Product Stewardship, and Quality Assurance.
- Build and maintain a high-performing, innovative, and growth-oriented team focused on delivering specialty ingredient solutions to core markets.
- Navigate complex challenges through interdisciplinary and agile problem-solving approaches.
- Identify and address evolving customer and market needs to drive profitable growth.
- Build a strong reputation for innovation, sustainability, and delivering value-added solutions.
- Effectively manage stakeholders across global teams, central functions, and corporate service units.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for sales growth, profit improvement, innovation, strategic partnerships, and M&A.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture with a strong focus on people development and talent growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Technical degree and/or equivalent experience a plus.
- 10+ years in the personal and home care industry, with expertise in technical sales, marketing and management.
- Established history of developing and securing new business opportunities.
- Ability to engage with senior-level customers and support team members.
- Willingness to travel 30% within North America, with occasional global travel.
