Job summary

Comprehensive Care Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Director of Perfusion (CCP) at Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV. You will oversee perfusion procedures during and after cardiac surgery under the supervision of the anesthesiologist and surgeon.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, flexibility in scheduling, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care team. Competitive benefits and relocation assistance may be available to qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience, including a management role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion, or eligible to become certified within 1 year of employment.
• Current BLS certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Comprehensive Care Services, Inc. is looking for a full-time Director of Perfusion, (CCP). This position is located at Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV area. The Director of Perfusion, (CCP) will perform procedures relative to the physiological management of patients' circulatory and respiratory functions during and following cardiac surgery, under the direct supervision of the anesthesiologist and operating surgeon.

Description: Must be willing to work flexible schedules and demonstrate the well-developed interpersonal skills and communication skills necessary to interact in a professional manner with nursing staff, health care team members, patients and families.
