DIRECTOR OF PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE, ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

Salary: $120,000-140,000 per year

Other Compensation: 20% bonus eligibility

Reports To: SVP, Strategic, Analytics, & Performance Excellence

Schedule: Full time; approximately 50-60% travel. Remote position, ideally based in Indianapolis, Detroit, Chicago, or Milwaukee.

TouchPoint Support Services, established in 2011 with over 14,000 team members nationwide, specializes in healthcare support services including housekeeping, laundry, patient transportation, and food service. We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Performance Excellence to lead continuous improvement and strategic initiatives, working closely with senior leadership to drive operational success and transformation.

Summary: As the Director of Performance Excellence – EVS, you will lead innovation and operational excellence, partnering with executive leaders to implement scalable solutions, optimize workflows, and champion technology adoption across our EVS footprint. You will serve as a catalyst for continuous improvement, leveraging data insights and leading high-impact conversations to align teams around excellence and operational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operationalize Technology: Oversee deployment and effective implementation of technology platforms like TaskUp and ClearVue, ensuring they meet operational and financial targets, with training for national operational leaders.
  • Performance Excellence: Develop and scale best practices, foster continuous improvement, and refine operational processes and standards.
  • EVS Scope of Work: Manage and optimize the EVS Service Level Staffing model, ensuring accuracy and application in new business efforts.
  • Business Analysis & Strategy: Collaborate with leadership for strategic discussions, conduct analyses to identify opportunities, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Data Product Adoption: Drive adoption of operational and financial data tools, ensuring solutions meet departmental needs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, Accounting, or related; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in operational leadership with a focus on financial and strategic initiatives.
  • Proven success in deploying operational technologies and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
