The Director, People Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness will drive the people strategy across talent acquisition, learning, performance management and engagement, translating the EVP of HR direction into actionable programs. The leader will partner with corporate and field leadership to strengthen culture, improve retention, and build leadership depth, ensuring HR programs align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience translating enterprise strategy into functional HR programs and operations.
• 10+ years in progressive HR roles with leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Influence and develop HR professionals across recruiting, learning, performance management and engagement.
• Partner with service center leaders on workforce planning, succession planning and change management.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development leaders to build scalable recruiting and development programs.
• Drive improvements in performance management, accountability, engagement, and retention.
• Use HR analytics to measure impact and guide enterprise decisions.
