Responsibilities

• Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, training, development, and offboarding.
• Build a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, hospitality, and exceptional service.
• Develop employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs that create a positive workplace.
• Design and lead training programs that prepare employees to deliver a professional, white-glove client experience.
• Coach managers on leadership, communication, performance management, and employee development.
• Oversee HR operations, employee relations, compliance, benefits, leave administration, and company policies.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure payroll accuracy, timekeeping, and labor budget compliance.
• Build scalable HR systems, processes, and reporting to support a growing multi-site organization.
• Work closely with executive leadership to develop workforce strategies and maintain a high-performing culture.
