Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of People & Culture located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and company culture. Day-to-day tasks include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
