Job summary

The Remedy Group seeks an experienced Therapy Operations leader in Illinois to oversee 4-8 Therapy Operations Managers, drive program improvements, and ensure patient-centric outcomes. You will manage vendor and provider partnerships, establish KPIs, and present updates to executives.

Responsibilities include scaling programs, strengthening SOPs, workflows, and staffing models, with collaboration across Clinical, Intake, Reimbursement, Quality, and Patient Services teams.

Qualifications

• PharmD or active licensure is required.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-8 years of progressive specialty pharmacy or complex therapy leadership.
• Experience managing managers and building high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of rare disease workflows, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Strong manufacturer-facing, client-management, and executive presentation skills.
• CareTend, CPR+, or SPRx experience preferred.
