Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a dynamic Director of Patient Advocacy for our Global Medical Affairs Oncology team, based in Raritan, NJ.
We are looking for an experienced professional in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry, who is passionate about working with patient advocates to drive innovation in oncology treatment options.
Our Patient Advocacy Group plays a crucial role in ensuring the patient perspective is at the forefront of our strategic efforts, including evidence generation discussions, advisory boards, study steering committees, and critical projects. Engaging with patient research advocates is central to our mission of advancing treatment options across our Oncology Portfolio for patients worldwide.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders from various functions such as Research and Development, Market Access, Decision Sciences, Commercial, Communications, Policy, and Real World Evidence. You will also work closely with our regional and local patient advocacy colleagues around the globe to ensure cohesive and meaningful partnerships.
Ideal candidates will have a profound passion for patient advocacy, excellent written and communication skills, and a basic understanding of the drug development process. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $160,000 to $276,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
