Director of Partnerships–Special Education

Fullbloom is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as the Director of Partnerships - Special Educationfor our Catapult Learning K-12 line of business. Reporting directly to our Senior Director of School Partnerships, the successful candidate will drive new business relationships and expand existing business partnerships with a focus on providing In-District Classroom (IDC) solutions, a unique school-in-a-school model dedicated to special and alternative education, as well asprofessional development and direct student services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Cycle Management : Own the IDC sales cycle for assigned territory, from target and prospect identification through to contract close.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and in-house Proposals Team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prospect Identification and Attraction : Identify and attract targets and prospects for IDC sales. Generate leads via targeted marketing campaigns, current customer referrals, and relevant conferences.
  • Sales Planning and Oversight : Develop and oversee a sales plan targeting attractive prospects to achieve revenue and profit goals.
  • Proposal Development Leadership : Collaborate with the in-house proposals team to lead the development of sales proposals.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with Special Education directors, district leaders, school board members, community leaders, and other influential constituents.
  • Key Account Strategy Implementation : Implement key account strategies to drive new and expansion business.
  • Strategic Planning : Participate in regular planning and strategy meetings focused on growth efforts.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy : Identify attractive markets that align favorable funding frameworks with FullBloom’s suite of academic, behavioral, and social-emotional services.

Education and Experience

  • At least eight years of related sales experience with K-12 solution and service-based models.
  • Deep understanding of K-12 / Special Education buying cycles.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in K-12 industries.
  • A proven track record in motivating, measuring, driving and expanding sales.
  • Familiar withCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) and pipeline management.
  • Support and develop relationships with public school leaders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal,written, and organizational skills.

This is a remote role and will require 30-40% travel. Compensation will include salary with attractive commission structure.
