Director of Partnerships & Alliances (Fully Remote—LATAM/Europe welcome)

Mapsly is seeking an experienced Director of Partnerships & Alliances to build, nurture, and expand our partner ecosystem, which includes technology vendors, consulting partners, and potential industry alliances.

You will own the end‐to‐end partnership lifecycle—from initial outreach and onboarding to co‐marketing and long‐term relationship management—and report directly to company founder/CEO.

This is a high‐impact role, requiring both strategic vision and hands‐on execution, with the potential to grow a team around you as our partner network expands.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and pursue high‐potential technology and consulting partnerships that align with Mapsly’s growth objectives. Conduct market research to spot new opportunities, negotiate deal structures, and build mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Program Management: Design and refine scalable partnership programs building upon our revenue-sharing partnership program. Oversee the onboarding process, create enablement resources (training, collateral, etc.), and ensure partners are equipped to deliver value to their customers using Mapsly.
  • Relationship Building & Maintenance: Serve as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, establishing strong, trust‐based relationships. Actively engage with partner teams to maintain alignment, drive joint initiatives, and address any challenges.
  • Co‐Marketing & Enablement: Coordinate webinars, joint marketing campaigns, and other promotional activities with partners. Collaborate cross‐functionally with internal marketing, product, and sales teams to maximize visibility and results from partner‐led initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define KPIs for partnership success. Track and report on metrics—such as leads, revenue contribution, and partner engagement levels—and use insights to optimize program performance over time.
  • Cross‐Team Collaboration: Work closely with Mapsly’s marketing and product teams to ensure partner feedback and market insights inform product roadmaps, messaging, and overall go‐to‐market strategy.
  • Team Leadership & Growth: As Mapsly scales, recruit and mentor partnership managers/associates. Establish processes, frameworks, and best practices to continually enhance the effectiveness of our partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in forging and scaling partnerships that drive measurable results.
  • Relationship‐Building Skills: Exceptional ability to develop trust and rapport with diverse external stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership.
  • Strategic & Operational Mindset: Capable of shaping high‐level partnership strategies while still being hands‐on in execution.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Confident presenter and negotiator; able to craft compelling proposals and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Analytical Approach: Comfortable defining success metrics, interpreting data, and using insights to refine partnership strategies.
  • Leadership Potential: Desire and capacity to build and lead a small (and eventually larger) partnerships team.
