Position Summary We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Paid Media Director to lead our paid advertising strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep expertise in managing scaled, multi-channel paid media campaigns. This role is responsible for the overall performance of all paid advertising efforts, ensuring they align with business objectives, drive customer acquisition, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
The Paid Media Director will oversee strategy, performance, and delivery across all paid channels for Rocket Clicks’ Family Law Firm clients. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Managers, Revenue Operations Strategists, and Project Managers within service pods to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, margins are protected, and client objectives are consistently met.
As the subject matter expert in paid advertising, you will guide channel strategy, define standards for quality, and develop processes that enable scale. Your leadership ensures that every campaign not only performs—but contributes meaningfully to the growth and profitability of both our clients and the agency.
Key Responsibilities & Objectives
Strategic Leadership
Define the vision, direction, and goals for Rocket Clicks’ Paid Media service line.
Translate business objectives into measurable paid media strategies tailored for Family Law Firms.
Identify emerging trends and tools, ensuring Rocket Clicks remains at the forefront of PPC and social innovation.
Team Management & Development
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Paid Media Managers, fostering accountability, learning, and results.
Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and SOPs to ensure service consistency and scalability.
Conduct regular performance reviews and align goals with agency and department KPIs.
Partner with Project Managers to ensure resource allocation supports profitability and workload balance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Account Managers to ensure paid media initiatives align with client goals and budgets.
Collaborate with Strategists to integrate paid campaigns into holistic marketing plans.
Provide data-driven insights to inform broader client strategies and improve decision-making.
Operational Excellence
Maintain strong quality control standards across all campaigns.
Monitor delivery metrics to identify risks, inefficiencies, or optimization opportunities.
Continuously improve reporting frameworks and ensure clear visibility into campaign performance.
Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to enhance campaign optimization, streamline reporting, and improve decision-making efficiency across all paid media channels.
Client Impact
Represent Paid Media performance in client meetings, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions.
Ensure clients clearly understand the business impact of their campaigns.
Proactively identify opportunities for growth, upsell, or optimization.
