Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in category management, merchandising, or product management, including leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategies for Grocery, Dairy and Frozen to meet sales, margin and market share goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute merchandising, pricing, assortment and vendor programs.
• Develop annual business plans and monitor performance against financial targets.
• Guide space planning, planograms, and category analytics to optimize shelf placement and performance.
• Coach and develop direct reports and a cross-functional team to achieve objectives.
