Job summary

StepStone-Hospitality-Inc is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage Outlets to oversee the front-of-house operations of our full-service Restaurants, Bars, and In Room Dining, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

The role reports to the Director of Food & Beverage and requires strong leadership in guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team development within a hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain standards of food, beverage, and quality guest service.
• Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses and maximize profitability related to the food and beverage department.
• Contribute to profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other hotel departments.
• Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the food and beverage department.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual hotel budget.
• Ability to compile schedules for department based on staffing standards and hotel flow through.
• Ability to successfully complete payroll for department.
• Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an exceptional product through employee development.
• Manage in compliance with Federal, state, local, and StepStone regulations and standards.
• Maintain and correct procedures for credit control, financial transactions, security of financial assets, and inventory control.
• Respond and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
• Ability to accurately use various office and accounting software.
• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all line level duties and roles.

Responsibilities

• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
• Ability to assist with the design and preparation of statistical reports and presentations as needed.
• Ability to accurately report information.
• Ability to assist with various accounting department tasks as needed.
• Ability to scrupulously follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures.
• Attend required meetings.
• Ability to guide, mentor and lead Supervisors and Line level employees
• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft and Adobe applications such as Word, Excel, powerpoint
