Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in optical engineering, including optical design and analysis.
• 15+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering efforts from concept through testing.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Optical Engineering team through hiring and performance management.
• Oversee the development of optical architectures for laser systems.
• Guide development of active beam control systems and ensure compliance with requirements.
