ACG Hospice in Louisiana is seeking a Director of Operations (RN) to lead daily hospice operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive quality patient experiences. You will plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate performance while overseeing the branch's financial success and strategic growth.

As a member of our leadership team, you will collaborate with sales and marketing, mentor staff, and uphold our mission to provide compassionate care.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN license in the state.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare management and supervisory experience as an RN in clinical care, home health, or hospice.
• 2 years of hospice experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, coordinate and evaluate daily operations to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, organizational policies and procedures, and established goals/budgets.
• Oversee the branch’s financial performance and drive growth through active involvement in sales and marketing activities.
• Lead, mentor and collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of healthcare management and supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred). 2 years of hospice experience required.
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
