Agape Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead compassionate, patient-centered care within our Hospice House. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop and oversee personalized care plans, ensuring high-quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Current state license as a registered nurse.
• Minimum of 3 years' RN experience in a clinical care setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift 80-100 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation.

Become an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) with Agape Care Group

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will lead the delivery of compassionate, patient-centered care within the scope of services provided by our Hospice House. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and oversee personalized care plans for each patient, ensuring optimal outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of care. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of care is consistently delivered in an efficient, cost-effective manner, fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and staff. You will play a key role in providing ongoing education and training to the care team, managing staff development through new hire orientation, and supporting continuous professional growth. As a hands-on leader, you will oversee the coordination and supervision of all clinical and supportive services, ensuring they are delivered safely and in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards. You will stay up-to-date with clinical practices, regulatory changes, and reimbursement guidelines, ensuring that the team is well-prepared to provide exceptional care. You will also serve as an essential member of our leadership team, working collaboratively to ensure every patient receives the highest level of care and support.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, hospice environment preferred.
