Job summary

National Quality Assurance in Acton, MA is seeking an Operations Director to lead the USA operations team of auditors and associates. You will ensure professional assessment delivery, hire/train staff, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities include budgeting, developing metrics, coordinating multi-site clients, and guiding training initiatives. The role demands strong experience in quality management and knowledge of industry standards.

Qualifications

• 4 years quality related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 4-10 years related experience and/or training.
• Extensive knowledge of the NQA, USA internal/external processes.
• Knowledge of industry standard requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to full-time and sub-contracted assessors throughout the areas that NQA, USA operates.
• Will be technical resource to all staff and clients
• Assist in the development of new internal/external processes.
• Hires and trains staff in accordance with established corporate policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned
