Job summary

CiresiMorek is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to drive performance and profitability at its Wichita location. The role oversees production, quality, inventory control, maintenance, and supporting functions to align with business objectives.

You will lead the plant with a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while applying Lean principles to improve throughput and competitive position for an aerospace supplier operation.

Qualifications
