Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and collaborative Director of Operational Excellence to play a critical role in leading key projects and drive operational initiatives aimed at improving performance across our state markets.
Reporting to the VP, Operations Excellence, this position will manage and coordinate high-priority projects—with an initial focus on the rollout of the More for More (M4M) operating model. The role involves partnering closely with field and corporate teams to improve business processes, support change management efforts, and drive accountability through the tracking of metrics and KPIs. The ideal candidate brings energy, organizational agility, and a passion for making meaningful improvements through project execution.This role is ideal for a strong project or program leader looking to expand into enterprise-level operational influence.
*This is a remote position; however, the role requires ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
Salary Range:
$130,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
