Job summary

Purity One, a subsidiary of Flow Control Group, is seeking a senior operations leader to manage cleanroom production and hose assembly, translating customer demand into practical plans while ensuring on-time delivery and strict quality standards.

You will drive Lean initiatives, KPI development, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Sales, and Engineering to sustain ISO 13485 compliance and high-performance manufacturing in our Northampton-area facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 7-10+ years in manufacturing/ops/plant leadership.
• Experience leading assembly manufacturing with production planning.
• Strong lean, continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead cleanroom and hose assembly operations, including production planning, scheduling, capacity, labor utilization, workflow, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Translate customer demand and business priorities into realistic production plans, balancing capacity, materials, labor, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain a visible presence on the production floor; identify constraints, resolve issues, and drive accountability for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Ensure operating processes, documentation, traceability, and cleanroom practices support the site's ISO 13485 Quality Management System and customer requirements.
