Job summary

Flow Control Group at Purity One seeks a hands-on manufacturing associate to build single-use assemblies, clean, package, and prep the cleanroom for production. You will operate production equipment, follow SOPs, and support 5S and inventory accuracy in a GMP setting.

This role requires teamwork, basic Word/Excel skills, and the ability to read schematics. Prior manufacturing experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to ISO/cGMP are required.

Qualifications

  • Equivalent work experience in related fields.
  • Basic reading of product schematics a must.
  • Comfortable working in a GMP environment and cleanroom.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs minimum and work in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Build various single-use assemblies per work instructions and prints.
  • Clean and package assemblies and perform cleanroom prep activities.
  • Operate and maintain production equipment per SOPs.
  • Participate in 5S, inventory counts, and record results.
  • Follow ISO and cGMP regulations and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities
  • Works safely within the parameters of and comply with company policies.
  • Responsible for building various Single-Use assemblies per work instructions and prints, cleaning, and packaging. Responsible for proper cleanroom preparation activities.
  • Operate and maintain production equipment as per SOPs.
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes.
  • Comply with ISO and cGMP regulations.
  • Daily organization (5S) and cleanliness of work area to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in inventory cycle count programs and accurate record results. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Equivalent work experience in related fields.
  • Computer skills: basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Basic experience using Lean Manufacturing concepts Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting product schematics Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferable in single use for bioprocess, medical devices or other GMP environment. Must be able to lift 50lbs minimum.
  • Detailed oriented and disciplined.
  • Good communication skills.
