Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Seven+ years of progressively responsible management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staff, coordinate priorities and hold others accountable.
  • Working knowledge of organizational administration, IT systems, human resources and financial reports and practices.
  • Strong judgment, discretion and integrity in handling confidential personnel, financial, membership and organizational matters; exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, project-management, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong technology proficiency and consistent attention to deadlines, documentation and follow-through.
  • Experience working with a board, membership organization, or non-profit preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, ability to travel as required and ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends and support other organizational priorities that arise.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain internal administrative systems, records, policies and procedures.
  • Support HR administration including onboarding documentation, benefits paperwork, personnel records, HR systems and performance‑management processes.
  • Coordinate cross‑departmental priorities by clarifying responsibilities and timelines, monitoring commitments or missed deadlines.
  • Maintain approved goals and key performance indicators; prepare operational and financial reports and Board materials.
  • Administer assessment districts and lodging membership requirements with compliance tracking.
  • Oversee administrative responsibilities within the office, accounting and visitor center areas including staff coordination and contracts.
  • Manage staff in administrative areas and maintain budgets and cost-efficient use of funds.

Job description

Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain internal administrative systems, records, policies and procedures; communicate expectations and ensure consistent compliance by staff and members.

  • Support human resources administration, including hiring and onboarding documentation, benefits paperwork, personnel records, HR systems and performance‑management processes.

  • Coordinate cross‑departmental priorities by clarifying responsibilities and timelines, monitoring commitments, resolving workflow issues and elevating barriers or missed deadlines.

  • Maintain approved goals and key performance indicators; collect departmental results and prepare concise operational reports, financial reports and Board materials that clearly communicate progress and emerging concerns.

  • Administer TCT's assessment districts and lodging membership requirements, maintaining accurate records, notifications and compliance tracking, engaging legal support as needed.

  • Oversee administrative responsibilities within the office, accounting and visitor center areas, including staff coordination, financial administration, facilities, vendors, contracts, insurance and required documentation.

  • Manage staff in administrative areas, supporting financial and HR functions; board‑related policies, action items and record‑keeping; building management; and other organizational administration. Maintain associated budgets and ensure efficient, cost‑effective use of funds.


Skills and Experience Required


  • Bachelor's degree required.Masters preferred.
