Job summary

United Way Lamoille County in Morrisville, Vermont seeks a Director of Operations to oversee finances, HR, operations, and program coordination. This full-time role reports to the Executive Director and offers a salary range of $68,000–$76,000, commensurate with experience.

You’ll lead budgeting, onboarding, vendor relations, and community partnerships, helping ensure programs run smoothly and meet the county’s needs. A mission-driven, collaborative leader is preferred.
