Job summary

A national general contractor with 40+ years of success is expanding into Central Florida and seeking a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive to lead the Orlando office.

The Director of Operations will oversee complex commercial projects in the $20M-$50M range, build lasting client relationships, mentor project teams, and drive successful project outcomes across mission critical, industrial, cold storage, office and manufacturing sectors from this Central Florida base.

• 15+ years in the commercial construction industry with a career growth progression to leadership.
• 4 year College degree in construction or related field preferred.

Looking for that special Senior Project Manager or Project Executive looking for their next career move to join a 40+ year old, highly successful general contractor, with a national footprint and 16+ offices around the country. They focus on multiple sectors including: mission critical, industrial, cold storage, office, and manufacturing to name a few.

They already have a Florida office in Fort Lauderdale, but are opening a Central Florida office and we are looking for the right leader to join them as Director of Operations for that office. The office will be based in Orlando.
