Job summary

Vincent William is seeking a Director of Operations / General Manager to lead non-culinary operations across the restaurant, winery, boutique inn, private events, and guest experience. You will collaborate with ownership and the Executive Chef to build scalable systems and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will recruit, train, and develop managers, drive KPIs and financial performance, and foster a high-performing culture in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The Role

The Director of Operations / General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while building systems, developing people, and driving operational excellence.
