Expert Connections in Upstate, SC seeks a Director of Operations to lead manufacturing across two facilities, shaping safety, quality, delivery and productivity on the shop floor.

You will coach supervisors, partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, HR and Finance, and drive continuous improvement to support future growth and a strong culture. This role offers leadership visibility and impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership on the shop floor.
• Extensive experience in metal stamping.
• Experience running high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Multi-shift leadership experience.
• Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement background.
• Strong analytical and KPI-driven decision making.
• Union manufacturing experience is a plus.

Our client is a diversified manufacturer supplying metal parts and assemblies to customers across multiple industries. With approximately 350 employees, the company is entering an exciting period of growth while investing in operational improvements and several major customer launches.

Reporting directly to the President & CEO, you'll lead all manufacturing operations and have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on quality, delivery, productivity, safety, and culture.
