Qualifications

  • Understanding of advanced business planning and financial forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO on short and long-term planning.
  • Executes the business plan, achieving or exceeding planned P&L objectives.
  • Own the scorecard and leverage it to proactively identify issues.
  • Leads, manages, and holds the leadership team accountable for commitments.
  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process development or improvement.
  • Implement strategies that align with objectives developed by the CEO.
  • Oversee operations, HR, and accounting, and partner with the CEO in sales and marketing management.
  • Manage revenue and expenses to achieve growth and profitability targets.
  • Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures.
  • Prepare detailed KPI updates, reports and forecasts for the CEO.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers, clients, partners, lenders and investors.
  • Motivates and leads a high-performance management team.
  • Be willing to take on new tasks with an attitude that no task is too small.

  • Collaborate with the CEO to set and drive organizational vision, operations strategy,
    profitability and hiring.
  • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, goal setting, performance

    members thrive and achieve goals.
  • Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management and
    retention of team members.
