Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee operations across multiple projects, regions, or business units.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that support growth and profitability.
  • Mentor Operations Managers, Project Executives, Superintendents, and Project Managers.
  • Drive accountability for project performance, safety, quality, scheduling, and financial outcomes.
  • Monitor project portfolios and address operational risks and challenges.
  • Collaborate with executives on workforce planning and business initiatives.
  • Review project financials, forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Establish relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners.
  • Champion continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Support recruiting, succession planning, and leadership development.

Profile

  • Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing project portfolios, budgets, and P&L performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and operational execution.
  • Experience driving process improvement and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
