Job summary

Kodiak Gas Services is seeking a Director of Operational Technology to lead commercialization of technology products and drive ongoing feature innovation. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market, turning cutting‑edge capabilities into scalable, revenue‑generating solutions while improving internal operations.

You will own the OT roadmap, align with Sales and Operations on pricing, and collaborate with IT and Operations to translate market signals into product

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, technology operations, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience commercializing AI, ML, or data-driven SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing OT solutions that improve operational efficiency at scale.
• Strong understanding of the AI/ML product development lifecycle, including model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for technology products from beta to full-scale release.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to define pricing and positioning for target customers.
• Build and manage relationships with key customers and partners to drive adoption and feedback loops.
• Establish product success metrics and KPIs; hold teams accountable for results.
• Own and prioritize the OT roadmap balancing new features with platform stability.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements with IT and Ops.
• Champion continuous improvement using usage data and competitive intelligence.
• Assess workflows and identify opportunities where OT solutions improve efficiency.
• Design, develop, and implement OT systems that integrate with existing platforms.
• Lead evaluation and selection of third‑party OT platforms and vendors.
