Job summary

Perry Weather is seeking a Director of Business Operations to drive scale and execution as the company grows. You will own critical operating systems, manage cross-functional programs, and lead department-level transformations with executive visibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting focused on technology implementations, operations, or transformation work.
• Built things, not just scoped them: the system you configured, the data you cleaned, the migration you ran, the SOP you wrote.
• You own problems end to end and stay until it works.
• Earn credibility fast: quick stakeholder alignment with cross-functional teams.
• Self-directed: set priorities and execute with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in data; comfortable with Excel and BI tools; able to translate numbers into decisions.
• Hands-on with AI to build scalable workflows and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own internal side of major systems implementations end to end (Acumatica, Zendesk, Aircall).
• Lead ERP implementation mid-workstream and ensure organization-wide alignment for launch.
• Collaborate with RevOps on go-to-market stack and with Product/Engineering on platform.
• Build and own the operational metrics layer; translate data into actionable insight.
• Drive cross-functional projects (AI adoption, self-installs, international expansion).
• Partner with engineering, product, hardware manufacturing, field services, support, meteorology, and GTM on large transformations.
