Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a founding Director to build and lead the Forward Deployed Engineering organization for open models across North America. You will shape strategy, hire and mentor leaders, and drive three-way customer engagements with partners to scale domain-specific AI using Nemotron and Cosmos in production.

Bring 14+ years in ML or software, 8+ years leading teams, and 5+ years post-training with production models.

Qualifications

• Senior technical leader with 14+ years in ML or software engineering.
• 8+ years leading technical teams and 5+ years post-training with production models.
• Proven ability to scale organizations across locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and build the North America FDE organization.
• Lead three-way engagements among NVIDIA, partners, and customers.
• Develop recipes and playbooks to enable partners to deploy Nemotron and Cosmos.
• Coordinate with Product, Research, and Engineering to feed field insights back to the stack.
• Drive three-way governance, SOWs, and production deployments across regions.
