Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant infrastructure, operations, SRE, platform engineering, or observability experience.
- At least 3 years managing technical teams.
- Strong observability platform expertise.
- Azure and GCP experience.
- Experience applying Copilot and generative AI to operational workflows.
- Globally distributed team leadership and automation or DevOps experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop an observability engineering team and set strategy, standards, and roadmap for monitoring, logging, alerting, tracing, and dashboards.
- Improve reliability and incident readiness and establish operational metrics.
- Advance AI-enabled monitoring, troubleshooting, and automated remediation across business-critical services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement scalable observability solutions.
