Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory, records, and staff training.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
• Support team members and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality preferred.
• Experience in food production/service and supervision preferred.
• Certification in Dietary Management preferred.
