Director of Nursing (Interim and Perm available)

Chicagoland (Near South Suburbs)

Our client is a privately-owned and operated company with multiple facilities throughout the Chicagoland area passionate about offering superior health care and senior living options.

They have an immediate opening for an experienced consultant or a permanent candidate looking for a change. Temp to Perm a possible option if both parties are interested.

The successful applicant will have the following:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a DON in SNF – preferably large facility - will not consider ADONs – must be in a DON role.
• RN required with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working the floor with staff if needed (to build credibility and relationships).
• MUST BE LICENSED in IL.
• Must have knowledge working with EMR system – open to using any system but must have experience with EMR.
